KuroWear operates on a print-on-demand model. Every product is created specifically after an order is placed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

Product arrives damaged.
Incorrect product is delivered.
Manufacturing defects are present.
Refund Request Requirements

Customers must provide:

Order Number
Photographs of the issue
Description of the problem
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Estimated processing time:

5–10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

Wrong size ordered
Customer preference changes
Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
