Q: How long does delivery take?
Ans: 5-8 business days across India. Since every Kurowear tee is printed fresh after your order (not sitting in a warehouse), there's a 1–3 day production time before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: Is shipping free?
Ans: Yes, free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.
Q: What fabric do your t-shirts use?
Ans: Our tees are made on 180 GSM and 240 GSM 100% premium cotton, soft, breathable, and built for Indian weather. Perfect for daily wear, college, gym, or casual outings.
Q: What is DTF printing? Will the print fade or crack?
Ans: DTF (Direct to Film) is one of the best graphic printing methods available today. The prints are bold, detailed, and stay vibrant wash after wash, no peeling, no cracking. To keep your tee looking fresh: wash in cold water and turn it inside-out before washing. Avoid direct iron on the print.
Q: Are your t-shirts true to size?
Ans: All our tees follow an oversized fit. If you want a regular fit, size down by one. We have a detailed size chart on every product page, always check it before ordering.
Q: What sizes are available?
Ans: We offer sizes from S to XXL on most designs. Check the individual product page for size availability as some designs may have limited options.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
Ans: We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, wrong print, or wrong item, we replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
Q: How do I return or exchange my order?
Ans: WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and resolve it immediately.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Ans: Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. After that it goes into production and changes aren't possible. Contact us ASAP on WhatsApp if you need to cancel.
Q: Does Kurowear have a physical store?
Ans: No, Kurowear is currently online only at kurowear.in. This lets us serve customers pan-India and keep our prices competitive.
